Unit 14 P1 Differences between types of programmes

Capital FM radio Starts off with the host giving a short introduction to the radio station then the artist and then the song. Occasionally in between songs the host will talk about ads such as sponsors. The host uses humour to keep the listener entertained and engaged. They do this for only a short period of time and so this keeps the audience from getting bored. Then there will be more ads in a segment where its just the ad and not the host speaking. Then again after the ads the Radio station (Capital FM radio) will be introduced. After that the host will announce the artist and song which will be played next. 

Sport 

BBC Sport 5 live and field radio with the headline. It talks about relevant sport talk and informs the viewer about the situation. In one particular radio BBC sport 5 live and field  the host interviews the player they are talking about. And discusses about the reason why they have decided to 

Current events 

Sky News broadcasts about Russia and Ukraine War. Ukraine invasion - CCTV footage captured the moment a missile strikes a government building in central Kharkiv, Eastern Ukraine. The host lets the listener become aware of the news surrounding its topic, in this case Russia and Ukraine. 'Boris Johnson's faced an emotional plea that he will do more for Ukraine during a press conference in Poland' The host then tells their full name and introduces that this is the  Sky News daily news radio. The host also shows what everyone's views are on the situation. After that the host will let them know that they are turning to other news.

Dramatisations
